Our Youth Development program focuses specifically on building leadership qualities, fostering innovation, and creating pathways for young people to shape a better future for themselves and their communities.
Our Mission
We aim to equip young individuals with the tools and confidence they need to thrive:
- Leadership Training & Mentorship:Providing comprehensive workshops and mentorship opportunities that develop essential leadership skills, critical thinking, and a sense of civic responsibility.
- Life Skills & Personal Development:Offering training in crucial life skills, including communication, problem-solving, financial literacy, and personal well-being, to navigate challenges and build resilience.
- Youth Engagement in Community Projects:Creating platforms for youth to actively participate in community development initiatives, fostering a sense of ownership and practical experience in driving change.
- Career Guidance & Vocational Pathways:Supporting youth in exploring career options, accessing vocational training (where relevant, linking to Jabungu Vocation Training), and preparing for entry into the workforce or entrepreneurship.
- Arts, Sports & Talent Development:Encouraging participation in sports, arts, and other creative outlets to nurture talent, promote teamwork, and provide constructive engagement.
